Hi all, 

Skibbereen Rowing Club will hold its annual regatta on Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th of May 2019.
This 2 day regatta cannot be run without the help of all the volunteers we receive each year so I am emailing looking for any help that can be provided over the weekend.

As usual we will be looking for help in all areas whether it be baking, office work, launch driving, safety, gate security, marshalling, presentations etc. and general running around. Every job is important to help us run one of the most successful regattas in Ireland. (If there is a job you would feel most suitable or comfortable with then just let me know) 

Based on entries from last years cancelled regatta the timetable for helpers for both days would be as follows:
Saturday 9-6.30 (e.g. Slots from 9-2, 1.30- 6.30)
Sunday 8-4 (e.g. Slots from 8-12, 12-4) 
This of course could change to be shorter days if we receive less entries.

It takes 100 volunteers to run the regatta so please email me back at skibbregattasecretary@gmail.com with your availability for the weekend.

Any parents ,friends ,family etc who can help out can you please send on their details or forward this message to them..
